Sunsmile Shingu:Group Home for Persons with Disabilities
Our group home aims to foster independent living for persons with disabilities within a communal living environment, providing meal assistance, daily living guidance, and consultation services as needed to help residents develop greater independence. As the group home is primarily a residential space, residents typically participate in outside programs during daytime hours. (Our Group’s employment centers and day services are among available options.)
Sunsmile Shingu Kids: After-School Day Services
The key to effective therapeutic education for children with developmental disabilities lies in understanding each child deeply, tailoring our approach to their unique needs, and setting and sharing growth goals. We focus on understanding each child’s specific situation to help them adapt to group settings, acquire basic life skills, and learn effective ways of interacting within small groups. The program provides daily creative activities, community outings, well-equipped facilities, and welcoming staff. Our facilities are barrier-free and accessible for children in wheelchairs.
